1. Nature of Services

lishantradingco.com provides digital AI services including AI creative tools, enterprise API access, AI office automation, AI digital human solutions, and subscription-based access to our AI platform. Because our services are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately upon purchase or subscription activation, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the criteria below.

Subscription Plans: Our Starter ($59/mo), Pro ($199/mo), and Enterprise ($499/mo) subscription plans are billed monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Partial-month refunds are not available unless a technical error occurred on our part.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered if:

• The AI service or subscription feature was not delivered due to a technical error on our side.
• A duplicate payment was charged for the same subscription period or order.
• For one-time AI project purchases: the project deliverable has not been started or delivered in any form.
• A billing error is confirmed by our finance team.
• A subscription is cancelled within 48 hours of first activation and no AI service has been consumed.

Refunds will not be granted if:

• AI-generated content, API calls, or digital deliverables have been accessed or consumed.
• The request is submitted more than 14 days after the transaction date.
• The account has been suspended due to policy violations or fraudulent activity.
• The subscription has been active for more than one billing cycle.
• The request lacks sufficient supporting documentation.

3. How to Submit a Refund Request

To apply for a refund, please submit the following to our support team via email:

• Full name and registered email address on the account.
• Transaction ID or order/subscription reference number.
• Date and amount of the transaction.
• Reason for refund — a clear written explanation.
• Supporting evidence — such as screenshots, payment receipts, or error logs where applicable.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund request is received, our team will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
• Complete review and verification within 5 business days.
• Process the approved refund within 7 to 15 business days from the date of approval.

The actual time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Refund Deductions & Fees

Approved refunds are subject to the following deductions:

• Payment processing fee — fees charged by the original payment processor (Visa/Mastercard) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Service handling fee — an administrative handling fee may apply; the exact amount will be communicated prior to processing.

The net refund amount will be clearly stated in our approval notification before execution. You may accept or decline before we proceed.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction where possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative arrangement will be agreed upon with the customer in writing.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks — particularly where the AI service has been accessed or consumed — may result in:

• Account suspension pending investigation.
• Permanent account termination if fraud is confirmed.
• Referral to legal or financial authorities in severe cases.
