1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by lishantradingco.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Lishan Trading Co., Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong ("Company", "we", or "us"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

lishantradingco.com provides the following digital AI services:

• AI Creative Services — AI-based content generation tools including text, image creation, and automated workflows.
• Enterprise API Access — Programmatic access to our AI processing infrastructure via REST API for business integration.
• AI Office Automation — Intelligent automation of document processing, email management, meeting summaries, and report generation.
• AI Digital Human Solutions — Custom AI avatar creation for brand representation, live streaming, and virtual customer service.
• API Security & Protection — Enterprise-grade API protection including authentication management, rate limiting, and security monitoring.
• Subscription Plans — Monthly access plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) providing tiered access to the above services.

All services are delivered digitally. The Platform does not sell physical goods.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that:

• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You will promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

lishantradingco.com offers monthly subscription plans (Starter at $59/mo, Pro at $199/mo, Enterprise at $499/mo) as well as one-time AI project services. The following terms apply:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment service providers. We do not store card information on our servers.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds unless a technical error occurred.
• Service credits (where applicable) have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• All purchases are subject to a service fee disclosed at checkout.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for:

• Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or payment disputes without legitimate grounds.
• Bypassing, disabling, or interfering with the Platform's security features.
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing services without written authorisation.
• Any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
• Generating AI content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempting unauthorised access to other user accounts or platform infrastructure.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of credits, and referral to relevant authorities.

6. Refunds & Disputes

Our refund policy is detailed on the Refund Policy page. Generally, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction, accompanied by valid supporting documentation. AI services that have been accessed or consumed are not eligible for refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lishan Trading Co., Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. We only collect and process personal information as necessary to provide our services, fulfil legal obligations, and improve the Platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
